Source of personal data: LALIGA will process personal data provided by the data subject through the credentials portal. However, in the case of accredited staff from international television rights holders, Mediapro Internacional, S.L.U. will communicate personal data to LALIGA.

Purpose of processing: LALIGA will process your personal data in order to manage your credentials application for access to the sports stadiums and venues where sporting events organised by LALIGA are held, to manage payment of financial compensation by national radio stations, to prepare internal reports and to verify compliance by data subjects with their legal obligations.

Legal basis: The execution of a contract between the applicant and LALIGA as well as the legitimate interest of LALIGA in preparing metrics and statistics, and verifying that the applicant is up to date with his or her tax, labour and corporate obligations.

Recipients: our data will be shared with the clubs and Public Limited Sports Companies who are members of the Campeonato Nacional de Liga de Primera y Segunda División, or who participate in any of the competitions organised by LALIGA inasmuch as they need your personal data to manage and process the credentials.
