Source of personal data: LALIGA will process personal data provided by the data subject through the credentials portal. However, in the case of accredited staff from international television rights holders, Mediapro Internacional, S.L.U. will communicate personal data to LALIGA.

Purpose of processing: LALIGA will process your personal data in order to manage your credentials application for access to the sports stadiums and venues where sporting events organised by LALIGA are held, to manage payment of financial compensation by national radio stations, to prepare internal reports and to verify compliance by data subjects with their legal obligations.

Legal basis: The execution of the services requested to LALIGA, (6.1 b) RGPD)compliance with the legal obligation for the payment of economic compensation by national radio stations (6.1 c) RGPD), as well as the legitimate interest of LALIGA in preparing metrics and statistics, and verifying that the applicant is up to date with his or her tax, labour and corporate obligations (6.1 f) RGPD).

Recipients: Your data will be shared with the clubs and Public Limited Sports Companies who are members of the Campeonato Nacional de Liga de Primera y Segunda División, or who participate in any of the competitions organised by LALIGA inasmuch as they need your personal data to manage and process the credentials.

Rights and additional information: You can exercise, at any time, your right of access, rectification, opposition, deletion, portability, not to be subject to automated decisions and limitation of processing or revoke your consent to LALIGA, by sending an email to derechos@laliga.es.

Likewise, if you consider that you have not obtained satisfaction in the exercise of your rights or you consider that the processing or your personal data by LALIGA has not been carried out in accordance with data protection legislation, you can contact the LALIGA data protection delegate at the email address dpo@laliga.es or file a claim with the Spanish Data Protection Agency, through its website www.aepd.es.
